They were happy to take our month for the purchase, and the made many promises about "being there for us" for any issues but when we had a problem after only a month, they told us the earliest appointment we could get would be 6 weeks out. When we tried to say it was urgent, the Service "manager" told us we could to anywhere else we choose. I asked for the General Manager and the service manager told me that would do us no good since he did not report to him. More

Everything is fine but I think there is room for improvement. Looks like service desk was short staffed when I arrived. Finally someone said we will be right with you. When I left all was good but someone left their empty red Gatorade in cup holder and a dirty napkin in my door handle.
