It has been a nightmare, I could go on and on about the long list of things that have gone wrong here, but I won't bore you with the details. The bottom line is that my car WHILE IT WAS IN THE SHOP, was wrecked by a mechanic, an employee of theirs, who was DRIVING A CAR WITHOUT BRAKES! (This alone says a lot about the quality of mechanics they have working on our vehicles) They consistently lied about having gotten in contact with my insurance company. They have consistently lied to me. Every time I am able to get a hold of them, I am told a COMPLETELY different story. Nothing matches and NOTHING makes sense. I have attempted to get in contact with SCOTT on several occasions. I have sent several e-mails and have requested that he call me. I have not heard a peep. It is very unfortunate that Ron Carter has this level of customer service. To this day, at this very moment, they still have my car and still, my car has not been fixed properly. I am writing this in hopes that someone will read this and stay away from this place. I have never had a worse customer service experience in my life. It's sad. Just sad. More

Service is Bad!! I really do not like giving reviews because I think most of the time people try their hardest to do what is right. I wish there was a way to give less than this 1 star you see. Ron Carter Hyundai is a poorly ran dealership that pays for its 5 star reviews with gift cards and empty promises. It starts from the leadership and goes down to those in service and sales. Since our purchase in 2015 we have always disliked having our car serviced at Ron Carter Hyundai, but it was convenient regarding proximity. The lack of customer service and professionalism is rampant. You can see it with the faces made by employees after they hang up with a client and hear it when in the waiting area. In January 2019 we took our car in because there was a sound coming from the front drivers side. Service told my wife that it was the brakes that needed to be fixed. $400+ later sound was still there. So we decided to have the tires balanced and rotated. Still the sound remained. We recently dropped off our car on 6/10/2019 and they wanted to charge us $145 for the same reoccurring noise. Which we did not believe that we needed to be charged. We were told by Karla that she would speak to Patrick McCellan the Service manager about the charge since we were in for the same noise. She came back saying that the word used to describe the noise by my wife in January was “grinding” and this time she used “thumping”. I explained repeatedly to Karla that it’s a noise on the front driver side. I explained that it was the same noise before and that is not constant noise but it is there. She said she would speak to Patrick but as always in every situation we have had with the service department we were not privileged enough to speak or share our discontent with the Service Manager. I would never recommend purchasing anything from Ron Carter Hyundai to anyone because of the sales experience, but most importantly never have your car serviced here. Unless you are looking for incompetence, and the inability to truly give a customer “service!” More

Service Bryan in service always does an incredible job. I have been using him for 8 years. He is the reason I just bought my 3rd Hyundai from them. He is quick to respond and really tries to make his customers feel comfortable and informed about their vehicles. Even though I work for a large dealership corporation that has other Hyundai stores in their network I still use Ron carter for all my vehicle needs More

I SAID YES..WHEN IT WAS RETURNED, IT STILL HAD THE BUGS ON THE FRONT OF THE CAR AND ON THE WINDSHIELD..I HAVE BOUGHT 5 NEW CARS FROM DODGE AND 2 FROM TOYOTA AND NEVER HAD TO HAVE A APPOINTMENT TO GET ONE SERVICED......P.S...I STILL HAVE MY 1992 DODGE PICK UP More

Car has been okay nothing great, kept up with the scheduled maintenance. Had the tires rotated about two months ago. Noticed that they never gave us a wheel lock key. Went back today to see if they could give us one to the car. The lady at the front desk said because it's been over a year we would have to pay for one. So..... because you never gave us one in the first place that was supposed to come with the car now we have to purchase one. I'm just tired of more than one thing occurring with this dealership. Please what ever you do, stay away from this place. They WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!! Their should be a no stars button!!!! More
