This has to be the worst service dept. When the tech changed my oil in May, he disconnect the wiring harness to my horn. I had no idea this happened until I went to use my horn and it didn’t work. I called the service dept numerous times to get it fixed. This was in June and they said it couldn’t be fixed until August. I ended up having an accident due to my horn not working. When I spoke to the service Mgr, he said that wouldn’t have happened during an oil change. Yet, I have a video of their tech with his hands under the hood changing my air filters. On top of that, I have had a shake in one of my tires since I bought the car. Of course, they don’t accept the blame for that either and want me to go to discount tire. These are the original tires that came with the car. I came back for a 3rd time for them to look at the tire. I had a 7:15 AM appointment. I had to go to work and asked them when the car would be ready. They said 4 HRS. Excuse me, WHAT??? 4 hrs to look at a tire? Oh and they don’t try to accommodate your work schedule, you have to rearrange your life for THEIR schedule. If you get an oil change, you can guarantee, you will spend 3-4 hrs at the service dept. My time is valuable to me and I don’t want to spend my day off s wasting 3-4 hrs of my time for a SIMPLE oil change More

Steph is my service advisor and I had a warning indication about th inverter coolant needing attention on Thursday. She was able to find a appointment for me on monday which is really great. During this call I also talked with Stephanie in the parts department who looked up the cooling fluids for the engine and the inverter. We found that coolant for the engine was low, but not low enough to cause a problem. On monday Step found that the recall for the problem with the inverter couldn't be fixed because the sticker wasn't available to show it had been fixed. Star parts deparment had all the other parts. So we will try again to fix the recall. Star service added fluid to the engine coolant and the car is doing fine. The lady who answers the general phone number and directs the calls was also fantastic. She was very patient making sure I got to talk with everybody to help me determine the source of the problem and possible ways to fix the problem. More

Also I believe the speed rate for which my car was completed a lot sooner however the service representative called me really late. When I called to get a ride back I was denied that since supposedly I needed to receive a call back from my assigned service representative letting me know it was done. When I called back to ask for him more than twice I was told everyone was in a meeting. More
