Thank you for your review. We understand the frustration you must feel to learn that something is not covered under warranty, and we apologize for having to convey that news. Hyundai determined that the failure of the upholstery was not due to "normal use" and therefors was not covered. However, they did make a one-time exception when they had us replace it at no charge to you. They have declined our request to replace it again.
