Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and inflation plus recall. I received the vehicle back with tires still under inflated, oil light was not reset and greasy finger marks on my backseat. Went to get new vehicle since the original one was not operating properly. Thought they had everything ready and we only needed to sign papers. Ended up having to be there 3+ hours because they were not r operating properly. Thought they had everything ready and we only needed to sign papers. Antonio Clinger checked me in. I was very pleased with him. Also Brandon Sandoval was my sales guy and he did a great job. Big Star would get an A+ in my book . The only negative was the Lyft driver His car was old, smelled of gasoline, filthy, windows open and it was hot out. Luckly I was going to Sams a mile away . This was my first ride with Lyft. I did rate him very poorly. The girl that picked me up to come back was way way better. I did not see Antonio when I came back but I did share with one of the other guys my not so good experience . He suggested I inform Lyft. More

It took 3 hours for an oil change and “complimentary car wash” I’m not sure my car was actually washed because there was still dirt and bird poop on it. I’m also upset because when I bought my car it had a wash” I’m not sure my car was actually washed because there was still dirt and bird poop on it. I’m also upset because when I bought my car it had a floor mats and a cargo cover and after being washed when I bought it neither were put in my car. Nobody seems to be able to help me or care to help. The service office area is a bit awkward as there really isn’t anywhere to stand if other people are there bc it’s so narrow. Maybe that’s just me. It wasn’t a horrible experience just wasn’t super great either. Nobody has any customer service very dry. More
