The service department is stretched too thin. On one scheduled appointment, I was asked to leave my car but was not given a loaner or a rental. My wife had searched online for the vehicle we were looking for and also went through the process of looking up a term for a lease. We ended up making a trip to Friendswood, which is about 30 minutes for us and was greeted by the sales manager, who said that our salesperson was bringing the car out for us to look at, didn't love the Pearl white color so they brought out a moonlight cloud one for us. Since we had done the term on the Internet, they had the outline of the deal worked up already, but since it was a different car there was some haggling before we settled on a price. Would like to know why oil on dip stick is always maybe a quart over full after an oil change. Is dip stick wrong are does it have a quart to much ? Big Star Hyundai exemplifies customer service. I purchased my car there but chose to service it closer to home for years.
