Nice place with stocked snacks and drinks while I waited. Only complaint was that I was told estimate of 1.5 hour wait which was fine. One hour in, told it may be almost done. Billy seemed very much in a rush to be done with my appointment. He did not communicate well with me or answer all my questions. When I tried to get another person on the phone he was very impatient an appointment. He did not communicate well with me or answer all my questions. When I tried to get another person on the phone he was very impatient and stated “its easy…” Sorry I wasn't born a mechanic nor have the desire to learn how to be one. I’m not that good with technology either. Apparently Billy was due to leave for vacation and thats the excuse I was given by his co-workers. Also my car was never washed even though it stated to do so. I have since sent a follow up contact and spoke with someone attempting to buy my vehicle about an issue I have had since leaving there but I haven’t received a response back. I will never return to Big Star after this experience. More
