We do this by selling cars to several hundred happy and satisfied customers each month. While we are proud of this fact it does come with challenges. We regulary sell over 200 new hyundais per month. When selling this many vehicles misunderstandings can and do occur from time to time. As you have stated, we offer all of our customers a $500 best price guarantee. In order to secure this guarantee the customer must present an authorized competetive buyers order to the sales manager at the time of negotiation. Yes I told the Sales Manager that I can present the authorized competitive buyers orders however the sales manager was flat out rude and not to mention that your sales representative Ralph Mendoza cursed at me and almost physically assaulted me. That is unacceptable for your customers. I am also very disappointed in the management of Ron Carter who have failed to take any action in this matter. I have called several times to complain to the GM and have even left a voicemail for a call back. No response from the GM to date. If Ron Carter truly care about their customers than I expect the GM to at least return my call after an incident such as this. I'm waiting for the call... In meantime, I have made a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the Hyundai Motors USA. Kartik 214 690 4791
