Mike was outstanding from the time we talked to him on the phone to the time we finalized the deal. He was very honest and upfront which was refreshing for a car salesman. He didn't pressure us at all and was very patient during a really busy day as we asked to look at and drive many different vehicles to buy for our daughter. He was very friendly and helpful even though we were clearly not going to be a high dollar sale. In the end we got a great deal on a great car for our daughter. When we realized it hadn't had the pre-sale service it needed the service department took care of everything. They changed the oil, replaced all the wiper blades, aligned the front end and even replaced the front tires with btand new ones. I have never had that good of service for a used vehicle. Bottom line, I highly recommend Ron Carter Hyundai and if you go there make sure to ask for Mike Ogaz. More

James is outstanding. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and he basically let me just run with it without a 'pushy sales' attitude. I'm not normally a tough customer but merely needed as much financial help as possible. HE DID IT. When all the paperwork was completed, he walked me through the entire operation of the car including setting up my Bluetooth. He's just a great guy - warm, friendly, funny, attentive and I'll buy from him again. Thank you, James and Ron Carter. More
