I needed a new car and after having trouble with other dealerships I decided to go to Ron Carter Hyundai after talking with Christian Karamitsos on the phone. He was very friendly and answered all of the questions I had. When I got to the dealership, Scott Sanders was my sales represntative and gave me a good deal on both the new car and my trade-in. Scott and Christian were very helpful and accommodating. When my car was ready, Christian took the time to explain how all of the features in the car worked. I was very impressed with this dealership and would recommend them to anybody wanting to buy a car. More

Kilan was the perfect salesman. I had my wife, her friend, my son and his wife with me whe we visited the dealership. Not only did he answer all of my questions he answered all of their question too. friend, my son and his wife with me whe we visited the dealership. Not only did he answer all of my questions he answered all of their question too. Everybody got to test drive a car and in my case we test drove 3 different cars. Kilan never had to say he didn't know something. His product knowledge was excellant. It was a real pleasure working with him. He was polite, respectfull, never got frustrated with us and attended all of our needs. I got what i wanted without having to argue. More

As much as I and my wife dislike going to dealerships, I have to say the over all experiance was easy and the sales people where very easy to deal with. I shopped around different dealers, including two no haggle “fleet dealers” recommended by my credit union, and got the lowest deal with Jim Holsen at Ron Carter Hyundai. Jim was extremely professional, and went out of his way to be very transparent during the negotiations, then spent an enormous amount of his time training my daughter to properly use her new car.
