I don't think a response of apologizing that if I "felt there were sour grapes" with my experience or that "Hyundai is not for everyone" was a good enough private response from the dealership. This just helps me understand why I received the service I received. I am sure the brand Hyundai would not like the bad customer service and lack of professionalism I am continously experiencing.
