My experience with Tim White at Ron Carter Hyundai was very pleasant. I have bought quite a few cars and this was by far the most pleasurable experience I have ever had while purchasing a car. In fact, my contact with all staff here was nothing short of professional, courteous and honest. Mr. Anthony and the Finance Manager consulted with us to find the car, terms and price that we were looking for. Of note, approximately two months prior to this purchase I had visited this dealership looking to purchase a car, but though the staff were professional and courteous, the salesman I dealt with at that time was not an astute businessman and he and the finance manager could not work with me on my purchase at that time. Subsequently, I left and purchased a new car cash at another dealership. I believe that it takes a coordinated effort between salesman, finance manager, and customer to produce a deal that is solid. If Mr. Merchant had been the salesman at that visit I would most definitely had purchased my vehicle with this dealership. More
