I would recommend Ron Carter because of the friendly staff that we encountered during our visit. Our salesman, Gary Crow went over and beyond to find us the vehicle we had come to see. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful. Roberto Muller the finance manager was also very helpful in explaining things and made the process of financing a pleasure. My husband and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. We have always been a Ford family so it was difficult to switch to a new auto maker, but again our salesman Gary made us feel comfortable with the vehicle and the dealership and the fact they would stand behind the vehicle and be there to help us with anything. I found this used car Lexus ES 350, year 2012 (12694 miles) on the website: www.cars.com. Mr. Jerry Muma, a very friendly salesperson working with Ron Carter Hyundai, showed me the car and guided me thr miles) on the website: www.cars.com. Mr. Jerry Muma, a very friendly salesperson working with Ron Carter Hyundai, showed me the car and guided me through the test drive. Jerry will be 81 years old in April. Unbelieveable! He looked much younger than his age. He worked very hard and was very amiable with good patience, also he was willing to answer all my questions. During the whole buying process, he was very helpful. Thanks! To tell the truth, the price I paid was not really low. If there was no such good saleperson there to impress me, I might not make such buying decision so quickly. Other thing I would like to mention is: there is no manual with this car. Although I can download it from internet, I feel a little inconvenience. More

looked at a new car and did a test - nice but out of my true price range so i wanted to see some used cars and he would not give me that option and told me he would go down on the price. He informed me that i qualified for $1500 in rebates and the package the the new car i drove, he would go down on the price$658- - -after i agreed to all of this and went to the finance dept- i was told that all had been taken care of. Well, like a fool, I believed both of them anf signed the contract. When I got homeI realized that what Discounts I was suppose to get was not given to meI was only given $1000 in rebates and they overcharged me on the add on package $1116- Now I am stuck for sometime with this- called and noone would return my calls and I even had someone about my experience and when i told them, they said they would get right back with me and never did-This place is a ZERO in my book--- More

He was very friendly and answered all of the questions I had. When I got to the dealership, Scott Sanders was my sales represntative and gave me a good deal on both the new car and my trade-in. Scott and Christian were very helpful and accommodating. When my car was ready, Christian took the time to explain how all of the features in the car worked. I was very impressed with this dealership and would recommend them to anybody wanting to buy a car. More

Kilan was the perfect salesman. I had my wife, her friend, my son and his wife with me whe we visited the dealership. Not only did he answer all of my questions he answered all of their question too. friend, my son and his wife with me whe we visited the dealership. Not only did he answer all of my questions he answered all of their question too. Everybody got to test drive a car and in my case we test drove 3 different cars. Kilan never had to say he didn't know something. His product knowledge was excellant. It was a real pleasure working with him. He was polite, respectfull, never got frustrated with us and attended all of our needs. I got what i wanted without having to argue. More

As much as I and my wife dislike going to dealerships, I have to say the over all experiance was easy and the sales people where very easy to deal with.
