They were not "pushy," as I've always heard that car sales people were like. In fact, Lupe Pena, our salesman, was very patient and also very tuned-in to what my wife and I were looking for! He had lots of really informative suggestions and really new a whole lot about the cars we were being showed. He answered all of our questions very clearly and fully. He really made our new car buying experience wonderful. Ron Carter is a location I will definitely tell my friends and family about and is where we will go the next time we want to buy a new car! However, Eric Gomez was understanding of my situation and helped me work out a deal that fit within my budget without having to compromise on the things I wanted in a new vehicle. He was very nice and well-informed, and during the test-drive had really great tips and insights into how the Hyundai I was interested in would fit in well with my lifestyle. Chris Russell was extremely helpful during the financing process, and made me feel comfortable and free to ask questions if I needed help. However, bring a jacket and a book, since the place is freezing and their process takes several hours to accomplish so you can expect to be there a while. But the people were amazing and friendly, so it is definitely worth the wait. More
