No aggressive sales tactics or anything like that. I highly recommend seeing him if you're looking for a car. After all the paperwork was done, Sosa helped explain to us everything we needed to know about the car. He gave us a walkthrough of all the features and made sure that we knew how to use everything, which was really nice. It's been a few weeks since we bought the car, and we're really happy with it. new car pricing called the dealer to see if an internet special vehicle was still available, spoke with Kilan P. Anderson who said he would check to see if the vehicle was still available. he returned to the phone a few minutes later and stated the key was still in the key box and was still available. we arrived at the dealer 2 hrs. later and was referred to a salesman that stated the 2014 elantra se models had been out of stock. he had a 2015 se model and came back with a price approx. 2x that of the internet price, the sales person stated that the internet pricing is just to get people into the dealership. the price was eventually lowered approx. 5,000 dollars which was a fair price but I would not buy from this dealer because of the dishonesty of their advertising and trying to get the highest price possible by extending the payments. I was not shopping for payments I was shopping by price. 35,000 vehicle could be the same monthly payment as a 20,000 dollar vehicle if you extend the payments long enough.
