Brought the car in for an oil change, after a complete joke of a service video was sent by a mechanic that showed his lack of knowledge in the video.(fuel treatment to remove toxins in fuel, uneven tire wear on a set of tires that were a week old +even more dumb statements) Left dealership with oil change to head out of town only to find that the pins for the under engine cover had been left out and the cover was folded up under the car. Go back to dealership to repair and they claim that it wasn't their fault and remove cover and hardware and throw it away, and give a quote of $567 for a new cover and $100 to install. Try to reason with service manager, Mehma Baig, and she is impossible to deal with and of course tries to blame anyone or thing but them. This is not a place to take a bicycle much less a $30k car. RUN AWAY! They will try to upsell you on everything and say whatever to keep $$$$ in their pockets. More

The staff is courteous and willing to accept walk ins without an appointment, however despite the videos that sound like they know exactly what's wrong, and they always say my vehicle is in great conditi without an appointment, however despite the videos that sound like they know exactly what's wrong, and they always say my vehicle is in great condition, they work on one thing and they issue is not resolved. There is always something else that I need to return for and have them do "another diagnostic" for something they should have fixed. More
