i never seen this kind of poor pathetic customer service ever in my life, i mean you guys just give me the key of the vehicle and threw me in desert to drive without any information . i have been waiting ever in my life, i mean you guys just give me the key of the vehicle and threw me in desert to drive without any information . i have been waiting on saturday until noon and sales person was keep saying he is busy with other customers what does it mean i am not customer he should have give me proper time and give demo of new vehicle but he never and all i have been going through alone whole weekend second he did not activate my blue link he said on saturday he is busy with other clients so he will activate on monday and still he did not activate third he did not provide me any information about home station level2 charger where can i get it which one i have to get i am asking my friends and they are laughing on me that you have hyundai and asking tesla customers for home stations, very embarassing. he only shared electrifying america for outside dc charge which is not useful for me. fourth he did not tell me 2 years 30 min free sessions for charging for new vehicle. fifth , he did not tell me any thing about hyundai financing app for lease and app for payment. overall he did not guide me anything as you said you will assigned one sales person to help me on overall process except making his commission to sell the car. i am stuck on his response, i called him even in the morning early morning and he was again with client , always he is with client , please assign me someone responsible person so i can work with him and finish all my stuck work related to new vehicle. I would have rated higher but Arin has not responded to my text about missing key for my vehicle. I have also emailed the dealership and called and no one has responded that I only received one key for the my text about missing key for my vehicle. I found a key ring with a second valet key and the dealership tag on it in the glovebox but no key . . . is there a second key? Can I come pickup when my registration arrives? More
