We understand that expecting an all-wheel-drive (AWD) vehicle and receiving a front-wheel-drive (FWD) one can be a significant inconvenience. Changes in price can vary from unit to unit depending on a variety of factors, the most obvious being trim and equipment levels, but also such things as exterior/interior color, age on the lot, consumer demand, etc. etc. We would like to review this with you to determine why the substitution occurred and why there was a change in the price structure.
