My service and warranty work were done fine but one of my issues is unresolved. Big Star says it's OnStar and OnStar says it's Big Star. Bought a car from Philip Connor about 6 months ago -- great experience! He told me oil changes and tire rotations came with the car for the first year...so that was nice! When it came time to schedule my first oil change, Big Star sent me reminder emails until I scheduled service. I opted for the concierge service. It was soooo nice having someone pick up my car, bring it in for servicing, and then bring my car back to me. I even received photos and updates as the car was being serviced. So far, I've only had great experiences with the folks at Big Star Cadillac. More
Ainsley is very helpful and knowledgeable. She always puts her clients first. I will recommend her whenever I have the opportunity. But the problem is not fixed. I did not agree with that suggestion. I emailed them a week ago saying in my opinion, they have resources to solve this problem. Cadillac customer support has not responded. More
Good Evening, Everything did not go well for me , My truck has been in the shop for several weeks. I received a phone call on Monday that my truck was ready and everything was good to go. I arrive at the Dealership to pick up my truck and before I can make it home , my check engine light came on and the same error I received when I brought the truck in was still showing on my dash board. I am a very dissatisfied customer I still have not heard back from anyone about my truck.. I am still waiting a call back on the diagnosis from the check engine light. More

When I first purchased my vehicle it seemed the dealership was eager to take care of whatever my car needed. Now… 40K miles later, I am lucky to get a call back two or three days later. That is, IF dealership was eager to take care of whatever my car needed. Now… 40K miles later, I am lucky to get a call back two or three days later. That is, IF I do get a call back. They obviously have made up their mind that I am not interested in purchasing another car from them. What they didn’t know is that I WAS. Given their outstanding performance when I first got my Escalade, was ready to purchase my next Cadillac vehicle from them. I’m glad they have shown their true colors. I definitely want another Cadillac, just NOT a from Big Star. More
