I purchased a 2020 Cadillac CT5 end of April 2024. Isaiah Rodarte has been my service manager since then. He has provided excellent service! I purchased a 2020 Cadillac CT5 13 months ago and have taken it back 3 times for oil changes. i also had a few times when the check engine light came on for a couple of different reasons. each time the is taken it back 3 times for oil changes. i also had a few times when the check engine light came on for a couple of different reasons. each time the issue was resolved. The last time the service technician noticed oil seeping from the rear sill and i was informed. Isaiah let me know and scheduled me to bring the car back so this could be resolved. More
