During the past few years Ainsley has made sure I have been well taken care of every time I've had to bring my car in. She is aware that my husband has serious health related issues and I must always hav been well taken care of every time I've had to bring my car in. She is aware that my husband has serious health related issues and I must always have a vehicle available. Unfortunately, my CT4 was in the shop 8 times for an emissions code over a period of many months. Each time I had to bring the car in, Ainsley made sure that a loaner was ready for me and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle while it was in the shop. She has always been professional and courteous, even when I was a bit on the not so nice side. Hopefully, my current Cadillac will turn out to be a much better investment than the CT4 was. It was a pretty car, but a royal pain in my rear! I really like Ainsley, but I look forward to not having to see her as often as I did with the CT4. She's a hard worker and Big Star is lucky to have her! More
