Mr. Zavala was very attentive and listened to what we wanted in a new car. I originally came in to buy the car but he encouraged us to test drive of the SRX also and after test driving both I really lik wanted in a new car. My husband and I came to Ron Carter Cadillac to purchase a new or used SRX. Julio Zavala greeted us in the parking lot as we were browsing and offered to show us around, I had already done my research so I a new or used SRX. Julio took my information and said he would call me as soon as something came in that I was interested in. True to his word he called me a week later and said he had two vehicles on the lot that I would be interested in, we came to RonCarter Cadillac 2 hours later, test drove and looked at the vehicle for a short time, brought my trade in with my title, and we came to a agreement within an hour and we were signed, sealed and delivered and driving away that same day, I also would like to compliment our financial coordinator (I think her name was June?) I apologize for not remembering her name but she was terrific! Very professional and knowledgeable but with a personal touch! I remember she had 15 year old triplets that we talked about. This dealership made you feel at home and part of the family, not like you were being pushed into anything. I have already referred a co-worker to this same dealership! More

Clint was great, no pressure, we asked to test drive several cars, he quickly got the keys for the test drive(s), he provided all the prices for each model. Once we narrowed down which one we wanted, there was little time wasted from the time to fill out the 1 page form to the negotiations. We told him where we needed to be and he made it happen. General Manager came by to meet us and expressed if we needed anything in the future, service, etc, to call him. We were only home, in town, for 1 more day and didn't have a lot of time to be idle. The only drawback to the whole experience was the wait to get to the finance office to sign the papers. Once in the finance office it went quick, as she understood our need to get finished as quickly as possible. Once we signed, Clint gave a a quick but thorough overview of the car and we were off.
