Yesterday was our second visit to Ron Carter Cadillac. We looked at an SRX last year with George Clark. We were very impressed with the dealership and employees. He was professional, had great customer service skills and he was extremely knowledgeable about the product. We did not have to spend hours negotiating price, he got to a great offer very quickly. I felt like I was getting concierge service in every way.George also went to a lot of trouble to assist me with the little things. I gave the car to my wife for Christmas and George let me keep the car on their lot until the last minute, he had it washed and fueled, and he had a big red bow in the trunk so I could put it on the car Christmas morning. What about Cadillac Sales? Mr. George Clark has restored our faith in new car sales personnel. We know George is here to sales new cars-however from the very beginning he made us feel like we were buying our 2013 SRX from a friend and not just from someone out to make a quick sale or commission. Our circumstance was a bit challenging but George never waivered in his commitment. He tirelessly persevered to ensure we reached our goal. Bottom Line? George was surprising transparent, professional, and courteous. His product knowledge is quite impressive. George also understands what his role is as a team member at the dealership. When we became concerned about financial matters, he would always quickly refer us to the quite capable personnel in the finance department or work closely with management when necessary. He never overstepped his authority and made empty promises. Conversely, a customer will not drive out of the dealership without being totally familiar with how to operate the vehicle purchased. Alternately, in past experiences, after the initial purchase there is very little interaction or follow up. We've noticed with great interest however, even though it has been a few days since we took delivery-George continues to solidify this newly formed friendship with words of encouragement and genuine concern. Additionally, he sends timely texts, and makes phone calls to ensure every need is being addressed. Now, when things do not go as well as expected for consumers, we are usually very quick to complain. We feel that there should be some balance. We believe customers should be equally as eager to report "the good works" also. Job well done George & Ron Carter Cadillac! Best wishes for CHRIST mas & the New Year!
