Found the car I wanted on Autotrader.com. Called and dealt with Delores first, then with Stuart. Drove over 3oo miles to make the deal and was very pleased with the car. The dealing part on the phone was a little rocky at times due to the fact that Delores is a new sales rep and had to confirm several things with management. Price on autotrader was somewhat confusing to the buyer. It listed the price with the disclaimer that ALL discounts were included in the price but I may not qualify for the ALL of them. If I would suggest anything it would be to do away with the "discounted" price and list the selling price, then offer the discounts and/or rebates. Not all consumers read the fine print disclaimers. I consider myself to be a "well informed, educated" consumer. I did some personal research and "shopped around" a few Cadillac dealers. Based on all these factors, lead me to select Ron Carter Cadillac with Mr. Derek Kleinschmidt being my service of choice, dealer of choice, and sales agent of choice. Mr. Kleinschmidt has made himself available since Mr. Underwood and I first walked in the dealer when they were promoting 2015 Cadillac Escalades.... After visiting Tom Peacock Cadillac, and having a nightmare of an experience, Mark Mauricio and Ron Carter Cadillac was the opposite with Mark's friendly, cordial, respectful and sincere attitude tha nightmare of an experience, Mark Mauricio and Ron Carter Cadillac was the opposite with Mark's friendly, cordial, respectful and sincere attitude that made the buying experience pleasant and fun. First of all buying a car has always been such a terrible experience for me I compare it to going to the Dentist. When my current car no longer felt reliable, for me, and my family. My husband and I decide experience for me I compare it to going to the Dentist. When my current car no longer felt reliable, for me, and my family. My husband and I decided to start looking. After reading praising reviews on the internet we narrowed our selection to a Cadillac. Then we went to the dealership. George saw us but stayed back and watched us for a few minutes before approaching us. This was refreshing. Many sales men jump on you and start beating you before you even have time to enjoy what you’re looking at. He timed it perfectly which shows his experience. We told him right away that were not buying today and he still stayed and showed us every single detail about the car. Passing up other opportunities, which could have been there. Well after visiting the dealership every day after they were closed and looking I called George and got everything together. 5 days later and only 2 hours at the dealership I am driving the most beautiful car. Everyone at this dealership was just the best. I thing that George is a tremendous asset to the company, and I am very proud of him. Thanks for everything. I am now a Cadillac owner for LIFE!! More
