Cadillac Experience From the very start online we immediately got a phone call from Mr. Rideaux inquiring what we were looking for and how he was on it to make it happen From the very start online we immediately got a phone call from Mr. Rideaux inquiring what we were looking for and how he was on it to make it happen . We heard from him everyday and when we finally got the call that the car was ready and everything was in order to come on down . We drove 2 and half hours to pick up our dream car. Awesome experience from the sales rep waiting outside as we turned off our engine and her turning us over to Mr. Rideaux was simply a class act in itself when everyone is so competitive. Ron Carter Cadillac is by far in a class of car dealers all by itself. From the general managers to the domestic engineers cleaning the windows and floors simply Class Act !!!!!!! We've told all our friends in Lufkin Texas and Nacogdoches Texas to head on down for the Cadillac Experience! More

Mr. Mark Mauricio was very helpful in the entire experience- both before AND after the leasing. He has been most cooperative and helpful as we decided on whether to purchase or lease the Cadillac SR experience- both before AND after the leasing. He has been most cooperative and helpful as we decided on whether to purchase or lease the Cadillac SRX. Eventually we decided to lease and Mark provided all the details. After the lease was completed, Mark personally delivered the car to our residence. In the days that followed, he assisted me several times to answer questions about operation of the various optional equipment and controls. We had never owned an automobile with all the "bells and whistles" that this car has- and his help was needed and cheerfully offered.
