My husband and I had been considering purchasing a new vehicle for several months and had visited other dealerships during this time. At Ron Carter Cadillac I felt that our business was important to them vehicle for several months and had visited other dealerships during this time. At Ron Carter Cadillac I felt that our business was important to them and that they wanted to find exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle within our price range. Mark Mauricio shared his knowledge of the vehicles with me, addressed my questions and was very easy to talk to. Purchasing a vehicle can be a stressful experience but I felt that Mark and the rest of the team at Ron Carter Cadillac went out of their way to make our purchasing experience a good one. Thank you! I went to the dealership to fix my CTS Cadillac but the cost was a bit high. George and I talked about a new car and seemed to be exited about an ATS and how good the car was. I went for a ride and I immediately fell in love with the car. It appeared to me that George and the manager wanted me to leave with the new car. I agree if they could come up with a good deal; they did and I bought the car without any regrets. The car purchasing has been the best experience I ever had with a dealership. Excellent dealer. I visited the facility three times. Made my purchase on my third visit. Great customer service and knowledgable salesman. I was not dressed in diamonds or pearls, but was treated as if I were.
