The staff was wonderful always helpful friendly couldn't ask for more. Thanks and I love my XTS!!!! The manager is also great. Julio Zavala took the time to let me tell what I wanted. He then showed me several vehicles and gauged my reaction to them. We took one test drive, and it was the car I bought.
