Treated like a luxury customer without the snobbishness I was referred to Ron Carter Cadillac by a friend. I spoke with Denise and she introduced me to Clint Conley in sales. From the first encounter with both of these fine people, to the minute I drove my new Cadillac off the lot, my experience was the finest I have ever had. I had financing in place when I started the process but the financing through dealership was much better. Mr. Conley was in no hurry to "get to the next buyer", he appreciated me and my business. The other Cadillac dealers in Houston that I have dealt with should really learn what the customer needs, wants, and appreciates. Mr. Conley even delivered my car to my home for me to look at, dressed in a coat and tie. Very impressive!!!!! He took the time to show me all the functions of the Cadillac Cue, and even helped me enter important phone numbers in my cell phone such as roadside assistance, etc., so that my extraordinary experience continues! He even had knowledge of the area of town in which I live. I will be a loyal customer for Mr. Conley and Ron Carter Cadillac. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!! More
