We were offered coffee or water while waiting for Mark to furnish a meeting he was in. Took just a few minutes and he was there to greet us. Everyone was very nice, which made our car experience great. Everything was handled in a timely manner and we were on our way back to Louisiana. I Love my Cadillac escalade. More
