The buying process could not have been more pleasant, which unfortunately is not the norm at most dealerships; I tend to be VERY picky and difficult to please when purchasing a vehicle but Jimmy Mauricio and Mike Rideaux were both amazing and extremely understanding, their level of professionalism and knowledge is simply unparalleled. Along with their brilliant Finance team, Mike and Jimmy quickly finalized our purchase (with an astonishing rate - thanks Jimmy!) and needless to say, we are thrilled and extremely thankful. The entire team at Ron Carter Cadillac has completely redefined customer service for us, they went above and beyond to ensure our complete satisfaction and we cannot rave about them enough!! More

My SRX Went to the Ron Carter Cadillac to test drive the SRX ( knew I was not going to buy one ), well they sent me home in it and I love it ! Went back the Went to the Ron Carter Cadillac to test drive the SRX ( knew I was not going to buy one ), well they sent me home in it and I love it ! Went back the next day and all went so smooth. Diana Orendorff was the best sales person I have ever dealt with. She make me feel like we had been friends for years. Kim Dalhstrom was my angle. If not for her I would have not gotten the car, love this girl. Have told all our friends how wonderful these people are. Keep it up Ron Carter !! More
