Wow if customer service factors into your process of patronizing Big star do not waste your time! First mistake was to have hoped that the basic customer service would follow from Ron Carter.. It seems the Warranties ,packages and all would be grand fathered Well actually just Honored yet at every point so few they have tried to crab walk and or become very incompetent on basic and vital issues..
