I shopped numerous Cadillac Dealerships before I bought my 3rd Escalade from Ron Carter and my saleman Alex Duron. Ron Carter and Alex were by far the most professional, courteous, informative and genuine my 3rd Escalade from Ron Carter and my saleman Alex Duron. Ron Carter and Alex were by far the most professional, courteous, informative and genuine of all the dealerships and salemen that I dealt with. Being a salesperon myself, I consider myself a good judge of salesmen qualities and Alex has them. I was not rushed, harrassed and it was obvious that Alex was "Old School" and felt the customer was always right. What impressed me the most is when I discovered the day after I signed all the paperwork and drove my new Escalade home that I had forgotten to use my $1,000 customer loyalty coupon. I called Alex the next morning (good thing I had his cell phone number) which was Thanksgiving morning and he reassured me that he would get it applied and he did. Very few salesmen have been selling cars as long as Alex (sorry Alex) but there is a reason why. He is simply the best and will be there in your corner after the sale as he was for me. I had bought my 2nd Escalade from a different dealership but Ron Carter was where I took it to get it serviced. I was impressed with how they treated me even though I had not bought my car from them. To say the least I would highly recommend Ron Carter and Alex to anyone looking for a the best possible car purchasing experience. More

Mr. Gary Yannibelli was my salesman (1/8/13)...at the Ron Carter dealership in Friendswood...his eagerness in devoting his time to my transaction was very refreshing...he really gave me his undivided attenti Carter dealership in Friendswood...his eagerness in devoting his time to my transaction was very refreshing...he really gave me his undivided attention with a smooth balance that was never pushy or aggressive...he treated me with great respect and seemed to genuinely appreciate the chance to assist me...he made my purchase a pleasurable, comfortable and informative experience... he was also both extremely knowledgeable and eager to share with me anything about the vehicle's technology (Cadillac SRX)...which was pretty overwhelming to me...and devoted an enormous amount of time after the sale...explaining how each function works...at times I was both amazed and baffled at what this car is capable of...and that he was he was so patient and friendly in explaining all the "gizmos and gadgets"...sometimes more than once to me...he never seemed frustrated as I struggled through all the amazing things this car is capable of... Gary was very professional...but also had a cordial and friendly personality...I never once felt rushed or "hustled" and would recommend him as contact for anyone interested in a fair deal...I honestly believe he gave me the best deal he could on the car... This was by far the most fantastic vehicle purchase we have ever experienced! We live on a ranch near the Rio Grande Valley, so when we decided to look into purchasing a Cadillac SRX, we first visited a have ever experienced! We live on a ranch near the Rio Grande Valley, so when we decided to look into purchasing a Cadillac SRX, we first visited a Rio Grande Valley Cadillac dealership, whose inventory was so small that they did not have the exact car we wanted. We were told we would need to order it and that it would take six weeks to get. On the way home I used my iPad to check out Cadillac dealerships and inventories in Corpus Christi, San Antonio and Houston. The first thing that impressed me about Ron Carter Cadillac was the incredible volume of their inventory. Not only did they have over 100 SRX's on their lot, they had several in the color I wanted. The next morning I went to the website, located a vehicle which I thought met my requirements, and sent an email inquiring about it. Not even 15 minutes later I had a phone call from Jimmy Mauricio who was extremely helpful and professional. He offered a very fair price for our trade-in vehicle, and--the most impressive of all--he told me that Ron Carter Cadillac could deliver my new SRX all the way to my residence--roughly a 6-hour drive one-way. By that afternoon we "sealed the deal" with Jimmy--all without having to step foot in the dealership. As though we were not impressed enough by then, four days later Jimmy Mauricio HIMSELF drove my new SRX to me (I expected that a "driver" would deliver the vehicle to me). Equally remarkable was his professional attire (tailored black suit emblazoned with the Cadillac logo) and demeanor. He took time to show me the features of my new SRX and even set up the OnStar system for me. About 10 days later we were in the Clear Lake area so I called Jimmy to see if my license plates were in so that we could pick them up rather than having them mailed. Again Jimmy impressed by pulling some strings to see that we could get our plates that day. I have shared my Ron Carter/Jimmy Mauricio experience with no less than 30 people who were equally impressed! I am confident that if they consider purchasing a Cadillac that they will remember my story and go to Ron Carter Cadillac first. More
