I would not buy an air filter from this dealer in the future! I was notified of a recall on my SRX. I called to have it done the earliest available appointment was almost 2 months int he future. So I future! I was notified of a recall on my SRX. I called to have it done the earliest available appointment was almost 2 months int he future. So I made the appointment. I arrive at the appointment 15 minutes early and go into the service area. All the service managers just ignored me for about 5 minutes. Finally, one ask if I need help. After asking me some questions about the vehicle they tell me to have a seat it will take about 4 hours to complete. About 30 minutes later another service manager came and told me that they "ran out of the parts" that are needed for my repair and I would have to call back to make another appointment! No suggestion of when they could get me in and no attempt to make another appointment that day! More
