Sold me a defective 2019 Cadillac!!!! Bought in October and broke down on the side of the Road day after Thanksgiving. Not even 60 days No reasonable accommodations... no towing (outside of Cadillac) No and broke down on the side of the Road day after Thanksgiving. I am an advocate for buying Domestic and this is why everyone is going to imports!!! I work hard and expect a certain level of Service and accommodations when choosing Cadillac. I should have bought a KIA . I have never been so inconvenienced in my life. Here I am bragging about you guys and I'm sittin on the side of the road. He was very friendly, approachable and personally followed up on all our queries in spite of his busy schedule. He would always get back to me, even after hours. He was very transparent, provided the detailed quote and took time to explain each line item, discounts available. They put customer first in things they do.
