Straight walk in, with no pre conceived ideas about a Cadillac compared to Lexus, Infiniti or Mercedes. Which, before hand, I was leaning towards Mercedes, and would have to wait weeks, if not months fo Cadillac compared to Lexus, Infiniti or Mercedes. Which, before hand, I was leaning towards Mercedes, and would have to wait weeks, if not months for. Walked out with a Cadillac that day, with all the options I wanted. Wonderful sales (quick processing) and service. Answered all questions, even the difficult ones (Cadillac vs other premium brands). Would recommend, and purchase another when the next car comes time. Salesman Jeremy Rodabaugh made my Big Star experience unpleasant. I can’t speak on the company as whole because it was my first time there. He really does the company a disservice. Keith Mujicq is the BEST salesman for me ever. I have purchased 3 Cadillacs through him over several years. The experience was Awesome, I felt welcomed and everyone at the dealership was very friendly. T purchased 3 Cadillacs through him over several years. Keith came through for me again in October 2021 with a new 2022 XT5 and 2 weeks after purchasing my truck I was hit by a drunk driver and my truck was totaled..
