Jimmy confirmed that car is in stock and go ahead and come in to work out the details. I wanted a 2nd tow bench instead of bucket seats Upon negotiation, sale price $76,500 plus my trade in at 18k. Told them deal is good. Then they came back and said they cannot locate the car and said I would have to wait 2 weeks to get the bench. I said ok that's fine. (After 2 hrs wait) Then they asked if I would like the one without the bench seat, I would get it TODAY. talked to my wife and we agree to go without the bench and ask to see that vehicle with the bucket seats. They said they would have to go get it at another lot, cleaned up, Deliver it to my house TONIGHT BY 9PM. Where I can inspect the car and sign all the paperworks. SOUND TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE?!!!! Sale guy swear on his mother that he would bring it to me Tonight. Called him at 8PM, gave me a run around then texted me( don't have the nerve to call me) said they don't have the car and if he can call me when it arrived. DONOT SHOP FROM RON CARTER AS THEY DONT WANT TO SELL 80,000 dollars car to a BUYING CUSTOMER. WASTED MY WHOLE DAY AND LOOKED ME IN THE EYES AND LIED. THEY MADE CAR SALESMAN LOOKED BAD!!!! More

Went to several dealerships - had ok experiences - listen to some I would have walked out of if they spoke to me that way - Then i decided to go to Ron Carter Cadillac on a whim - I thought ME in a Cadillac! NO WAY!! Until I met Mr. George Clark. Then everything changed!! What a great person!! He calmed me down - showed me a few vehicles - test drove - very knowledgeable and to the point - Super friendly. He's the type of guy you make friend's with instantly. He listens to you and reasons with you so you can understand what you are getting. By the time you leave him you have no questions. The entire staff at Ron Carter are super friendly - make you feel at home. I will be returning for sure and sending a few friends too!! More

Birthday Gift We were undecided on a car to purchase almost bought a BMW but I knew my husband wasn't satisfied. However, once we spoke with George our sales associate he helped us make up our mind. George was great, he showed us many cars. We test drove three and the best part no haggling he gave us a price based on our credit score and incentives from the dealership and when we went to financing the payment was exactly what he promised....no changes. George was very knowledgeable and did not allow us to leave until he explained and set up all the features. The manager also came in and introduced himself to us. Overall great experience and best of all my husband loves his new car. I would highly recommend this dealership! More
