When I sat down with Lui I explained my past dealings with a competitor dealership, who had even went as far as to bad mouth Ron Carter so I wouldn't go there. He assured me he would do his best to make this a smooth and satisfactory experience. He didn't try to play any games with me, the price advertised was the price I paid which was a great deal. During my time there, Jimmy and Charlie came over and spoke with me and answered any questions I had. During the finance process, Kelly was knowledgeable in every aspect of the buying process and secured me a lower rate by calling a bank personally. In my honest opinion this should be the only place in Houston that anyone should ever buy a Cadillac or any car for that matter at. Out of the 12 dealerships I've dealt with over the past 15 years, this was the smoothest and easiest experience, thanks again guys. -Tom More
