DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I will start with my history. I have bought over 20 cars, Including one last year from this dealership, and this was by FAR the worst experience I ha I will start with my history. I have bought over 20 cars, Including one last year from this dealership, and this was by FAR the worst experience I have ever had. My salesman clint did a decent job, as he did last year. That is where the pleasantries end. Looked at a used car that showed up clean on carfax and autocheck. The car was dirty both times i test drove it, and We agreed on the price, which I at this point had looked over the car and agreed that for an unwrecked car with 20k miles everything was good. I took delivery of the car after signing the paperwork (they washed it). Got it home, got out the wax to put a good wax on it, and at this point Noticed terrible body work on the drivers side door, along with some trim panels on the drivers side that didnt line up. This was friday evening which they were closed already, and I had to go out of town for the weekend for work. Over the weekend, found some information about where the car had been worked on. Called them first thing in the morning to find out the damage. It had been wrecked on the drivers side, Rear wheel replaced, Rear Bumper cover replaced, rear quarter panel replaced (means welding), and repainted. Paint job terrible, but didnt show up until clean. Went to RC cadillac shortly after finding this information about the car. Asked to speak to the sales manager. Stuart came out and looked at the car, I obviously was not happy and asked for it to be fixed and to get a Price break as it is now a diminished value car. He came out and Told me that they would tear up the deal and move on, I said fine, went back and sat in the salesmans office. The Used Car sales manager came in and told me Stuart did not have the authority to tear up a deal and that we werent going to do that. They agreed to fix everything, but would not give me any cash back. I wasnt happy with this result, so I asked to speak to the General Manager Mike Pierce. My salesman went and checked, and said he would be out shortly. About 30 minutes went by, and he came back and told me that Mike had gone to lunch and wouldnt be back until later. They gave me a car to drive until it was worked out and I left (FUMING MAD). I called back a couple hours later and confirmed that Mike was there, and drove back up there to speak to him. Waited almost an hour before he would speak to me, then proceeded to tell me he was a busy man and he had to push back several appointments to talk to me... Strike one. We finally agreed on completely fixing the car to my satisfaction and 2 years free maintenance. The next day I emailed Mike to check to find out what the maintenance package would cover, and he said he would have to check and let me know next day. I also asked which body shop my car would be going to, so that I could speak to them about a couple things that I wanted fixed while it was there that I didnt consider the dealerships responsibility. This was the email correspondence i received about where my car would be. Darren, (couldnt even spell my name right, even after ive bought 2 cars, and it was on the bottom of my email) I will get the maintenance info to you tomorrow. I am not sure what shop Tony plans to use (we have a couple of shops we use). It's not of consequence. We will stand behind it. I responded with it is of consequence to ME, maybe not to him, and asked where it was going. He NEVER responded to my requests, so I cold called the dealership to find out who they use, as to which they told me. I spoke to the body shop, and they agreed to let me come talk to them and go over my concerns. I showed up there to find out they had worked on a small ding on the PASSENGER side and were NOT told to fix the drivers side.....SERIOUSLY.... He got on the phone and cleared it up, but the car was scheduled to go into the paint booth that day and then go back to the dealership the following day... With the main portion of the problems not fixed. So glad I went to the body shop myself. Then when I went to pick up the car, had to wait another hour to speak to Mike about the maintenance contract that I wanted in writing, as I wont believe anything else they tell me until it is in writing. Finally got the car, And the service parking assist light still on (they said they couldnt duplicate it) . Took immediately to service, where they made an appointment for it to be there a couple more days. Took it home Friday and Fixed the sensor problem myself. The wiring harness for the sensors was not properly secured when the previous body shop fixed the rear bumper. I secured it and drove it 50 miles without it coming back on. If the owners read this, Please do NOT refer me to Mike Pierce. I should have gotten at least 2k back on the car, and the treatment of Mike, Stuart and Tony is horrendous. They repeatedly (as well as all your responses on google) said "We sell over 500 cars a month" I could care less how many cars you sell. I only care about the ONE you sold me. More

Zulfi was excellent sales person in that he was not over bearing in "pushing" a sale. He answered all questions and gave information as needed. Very educated on the brand and car I looked at. Left dealership without being coddled to "go inside dealership" as I tried to leave and felt very comfortable about the experience. There were no prodding calls the next day and after careful consideration over my choices, I made the decision to move forward with the purchase. The buying process what just as comfortable and informative as the shopping experience was. Hit a huge pothole 2 days after buying and Zulfi, my sales guy, helped me find tire and I am sure I'll be buying from here for quite some time. They understand what I have failed to experience anywhere else. That they are there to help me buy not to sell! More
No service at service dept. Tried numerous times to contact someone, anyone, in the service department concerning our SRX a/c issues. Never got one human to talk to or help. Coming from 30 years of driving imports, I came to look at Cadillacs when the best the Japanese owned automakers had nothing that interested me. From fit and finish to technology and performance, nothing from Acura (drove for the last 12 years), Lexus or Infinity came close in my analysis. Went looking for a new car but when I could not fit what I wanted into my budget, she came up with my dream car, just a couple of years pre-loved at a fair price. She helped me along the way and I was able to pick up my new car today. She even consulted on naming her .
