Great service!! When you think of the car buying experience, it usually consists of the typical car salesman, a long drawn out process of negotiation and paperwork. When you think of the car buying experience, it usually consists of the typical car salesman, a long drawn out process of negotiation and paperwork. But this was nothing but excellent service. Mark Mauricio sold me my car 3 years ago and we went back to him for our second Escalade. We worked everything over the phone and email so when I was ready to get the car, I only spent less than 2 hours to do the paperwork!! and it was also because I was waiting for the car to add my rims and entertainment system, but if it wasn't for that, I could had been there for less than an hour!! White glove treatment as it should be and with all the bells and whistles with great discounts! I definitely recommend Mark. going back as soon as my lease is over. More
