There were no games and they took care of me, treating me with respect and honesty. They even washed my car for me after my road trip to Dallas the following weekend. Considering I went to or contacted every dealership in the Houston area, I can honestly say these guys were the only ones who did not try to mess around with me. There were no post-negotiation added fees or nickel-and-dime shenanigans with protection packages or the like - It was straightforward and legitimate, a great experience overall. I couldn't be happier with my car and I know where I'll be looking first when it comes time to upgrade. More

Although you pay for them, I drove out of there with every inch of my srx covered all the way down to the upholstery!!!! Never even knew these warranty were possible. Highly recommend them!!! More

Everyone there worked together to get my monthly payment to where it needed to be while at the same time getting a car that i am happy to have and keep for a long time. I actually was at the Hyundai part of the dealership and they were very nice. There are a few reasons I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 star, and that is because it was excellent service but walking in it was so busy it took a long to get a sales associate to help you. Also you couldn't really go and look at the cars by yourself so you really had to wait for the sales associate. My sales associate Alexander was great, lacked a bit of enthusiasm, but he showed me cars that were exactly what I was looking for and helped as much as he could with getting me the deal I needed. Also the waiting area had free popcorn and water which is awesome! Made the the wait much better :) More

Change of Heart ❤️ My first Cadillac was a leased 2014 Escalade ESV, the whole experience from start to finish including service was the worst car buying experience ever My first Cadillac was a leased 2014 Escalade ESV, the whole experience from start to finish including service was the worst car buying experience ever. So my intention towards the end of the lease was returning the vehicle and purchasing another GM Vehicle other then a Cadillac. I was determined to never deal with Cadillac ever again. After I dealt with the Service Manager I had a open mind when Lisa approached me regarding giving not only Cadillac but Ron Carter a second chance. I am happy to say it was truly a different experience this time. May 2017 I returned the 2014 Escalade and leased a new 2017 Escalade ESV. So far I am very happy with my new vehicle. Also I was very pleased with the buying experience this time around. Thank you the Ron Carter staff. More
