Too I would like to give a special shout out to Jeff Dial, my service advisor at Ron Carter Cadillac in Friendswood. He was a pleasure to deal with. Took my car in for oil change. He called next day to let me know he was gonna check for oil leaks and assign a technician to it. My car was is shop from Friday thru Wednesday and Jeff called daily with an update. If i missed his call, he always answered when I called back (no voicemail). I've never had a service advisor be so attentive. I bought my car at Ron Carter and have had all maintenance done there and have not had any issues with service department. It can be an inconvenience to be without your car but Jeff made it much more enjoyable. Thanks Jeff! Mona Kurthy More

Sold me a defective 2019 Cadillac!!!! Bought in October and broke down on the side of the Road day after Thanksgiving. Not even 60 days No reasonable accommodations... no towing (outside of Cadillac) No and broke down on the side of the Road day after Thanksgiving. Not even 60 days No reasonable accommodations... no towing (outside of Cadillac) No loner car, no reasonable means or plan of action!!!! I am highly digusted! I am an advocate for buying Domestic and this is why everyone is going to imports!!! I work hard and expect a certain level of Service and accommodations when choosing Cadillac. I should have bought a KIA . I have never been so inconvenienced in my life. Here I am bragging about you guys and I'm sittin on the side of the road. Thank you Ron Carter for the grave inconvenience and most of all for the embarrassment!!! More
