We walked into Ron Carter Cadillac after car shopping for 2 weeks. Mark welcomed us and asked us what we wanted in a vehicle and what we wanted to pay for it. Unlike other car salesmen, he let us lead him to 2 weeks. Mark welcomed us and asked us what we wanted in a vehicle and what we wanted to pay for it. Best in the business Go see Mark Mauricio and GM Mike Pierce. I have purchased 5 cars from these guys and no one beats them. If you are tired of the car salesman hustle, go see these guys, they don't play or waste your time. They make their money on volume since they are number 1 in the nation which is why no one else can compete. I have shopped Kia to Mercedes and I don't know why anyone would buy anything other than a Cadillac. Kia was the same price as the Cadillac (lease). I don't know why but probably because of the residuals. Mercedes was twice the payment for the same priced car, also I assume because of residuals. You really can't beat the concierge service as well, they bring you the same car you have as a loner and bring your car back after the service, such a time saver! More

Gary is all of the stuff of phenomenal and then some. He is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, patient, kind, genuine, thoughtful, sharp, thorough, expansive ... and ... did I say “patient?” REALLY, he is more than that which I’ve listed here, but there are only so many characters allowed and I know only so many positive adjectives. Anyway, I will never go back to any of my previous vehicles because I love my vehicle, but more importantly, I love the fact that in buying my vehicle, I get the privilege to work with Gary (and Ron Carter, which hired and has retained him, after all).
