Amie creates a car buying experience like no other. No spending hours at the dealership feeling like you're being taken for a ride BEFORE you buy the car! No, Amie is straight up and works hard to get you a deal that allows you to leave the dealership feeling good about your purchase. Don't buy a Cadillac without heading to Big Star and asking specifically for AMIE! Trust me, you won't regret it!! More
I will not purchase another vehicle from Big Star Cadillac again after the General Manager basically called my husband and I liars. I had taken my leased XT5 in last week to see where I stood with m Cadillac again after the General Manager basically called my husband and I liars. I had taken my leased XT5 in last week to see where I stood with my lease and if I could turn it in with no penalty or purchase it so I could trade it for a Subaru Outback. If you lease from GM you have to purchase the car from GM and then trade it in for another brand of car. Big pain in the butt, Daisy, the sales rep, went out and looked over my XT5 and checked the mileage to find the value of the car. Daisy told us we had 2 options. 1:purchase the XT5 from them. I would have to buy for an inspection, because it she would be selling me a used vehicle, cost $2500 plus tires had wear on them, est. $800 - 1000. In total about $3500. 2. I could leave the keys on the desk and walk away free and clear. I am kicking myself now for not calling an Uber and doing just that, drop the keys and walk away. Daisy called me last night to check what we had decided to do. I told her I was going to turn in the XT5. I set up an appointment to take the car in today. I cleared out all of my personal items along with my EZTag and car wash tag and took the car to Cadillac. I drove the car home from Cadillac and the return visit are the only miles driven since Daisy looked at it, about 20 miles. Today, Daisy did the same thing she did last week, looked at the XT5 and checked the mileage. Now she tells us I would owe $3000 if I wanted to turn it in today. So I drove it 20 miles and that changed it to me owing $3000? Should have got hat Uber last week. She tried to song and dance when it was pointed out this is not what she told us last week. She realized oh crap I screwed up. We asked to speak to the manager, who she said was not there today. A different sales rep comes in and still no resolution to being lied to. Magically the General manager shows up, thought he wasn't there today. He proceeds to try and appease us. Telling us we could trade it for another Cadillac, not interested in another Cadillac. I am resolved with the fact that I have been lied to enough by Cadillac, so I will put the miles I purchased on the vehicle and turn it in come December, I got up to leave because I knew we were not going to be able to turn the XT5 in today as planned. When I left Mike proceeded to tell my husband that he had to believe his employee over us. in other words we were the ones that were lying about being able to drop the keys on the desk and walk away. Glad I had left and not heard that comment. I always thought there were two rules in business. Rule #1`The customer is always right. Rule #2 If in doubt refer to Rule #1. Guess that does not apply at Big Star Cadillac. They have a 3rd rule. All customers are LIARS. More
Gary Yannibelli was the best sales person I have ever dealt with. He was quick to answer my calls and went overboard to get me out and on my way. He even drove the car to my home. He was not at all pu dealt with. He was quick to answer my calls and went overboard to get me out and on my way. He even drove the car to my home. He was not at all pushy. I have bought several cars in my life but Gary was the best and most honest salesperson I have encountered. I never felt like I was being pushed into a sale or that he was trying to get me to buy something more than I could afford. I will surely go back to Big Star Cadillac if I ever need another car.
