I recently contacted Big Star Cadillac regarding a 2025 Range Rover. Unfortunately, my experience with a salesperson named Ty was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. Ty initially contacted me by text without introducing himself. I had to ask several times for his name before he finally provided it. His responses to my questions about the vehicle’s ownership history and outstanding safety recall also came across as dismissive rather than helpful. I explained that I was interested in trading my Porsche Panamera and wanted to establish whether we were reasonably close on the numbers before making the drive to the dealership. My time is valuable, and I wanted to avoid an unnecessary trip if we were too far apart to reach an agreement. I provided extensive information and documentation regarding my Porsche, including its certification and vehicle history. Ty eventually returned with a trade-in estimate that was considerably below my expectations. When I explained that I was looking for a higher trade-in value, Ty called me and challenged me to provide comparable vehicles supporting my expectations. I explained that I expected the dealership to conduct its own market research and valuation rather than placing that responsibility on the customer. At that point, his tone became increasingly rude and confrontational. He ultimately told me that if I expected anything close to my desired trade-in value, we didn’t have a deal. When I acknowledged that we apparently did not, he simply ended the conversation. My complaint is not that the dealership was unwilling to meet my trade-in expectations. Dealerships and customers are not always going to agree on price. My complaint is about how I was treated throughout the entire process. I was a serious buyer considering a high-end luxury vehicle. I was willing to provide documentation, discuss the numbers, and work toward a reasonable transaction. I expected professionalism, courtesy, and a willingness to have a respectful conversation, even if we ultimately couldn’t reach an agreement. Instead, I encountered a salesperson who wouldn’t even properly introduce himself without being asked repeatedly, dismissive responses to legitimate questions, and an unnecessarily confrontational phone call. Based on my experience with Ty, I would be reluctant to return to Big Star Cadillac or recommend this dealership to others. I hope dealership management takes this feedback seriously. A customer should never have to agree with a salesperson’s numbers to be treated with professionalism and respect. More

Mark was very very attentive to all of the details and familiar with the complexities of the deal. My car was a special order and Mark had everything arranged and ready to go. The process was flawless. Mark did an outstanding job and I would definitely buy another car from him and Big Star Cadillac. I have my eye on a 2027 already. Luis is one the best salesperson I have ever had the courtesy to work with. I told him what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay snd this man was able to get me the best deal possible.
