We were happy with our purchase and with our salesman. This all changed when we noticed a tire low and antilock brake warning message a week after we purchased a used 2018 Tahoe on 8/18/21. Sad when you just purchase and they wouldn’t back up something we believe was already there but we had just learned to read the warning messages. Still waiting for floor mats that we had to purchase as well. Won’t be doing any business with this place again! Too bad because we thought it was initially going to be a good place to do all our future vehicle business. More

Came in for an oil change. Was greated with a smile and sent of to the waiting room. An hour later, everything was done. When I bought my nee Enclave, it eas with the understanding that the floor and cargo mats could be ordered and installed in 3 or 4 weeks. Made an appt for installation. When I arrived for service I stood by my car and waited wile service writers wandered around, answered phone calls ECT. After 10 min. Or so a service writer asked me if I needed help. After explaining why I was there he took my info and pointed out the waiting room. 20 min later he came to the waiting room and asked me which mats I was expecting. Some time later he returned to ask me who ordered the mats and so he could ask him about them. Some time later I looked up my salesman and expressed my frustration with the process so far. The salesman than showed the service writer were the mats were . Bottom line I was there for 1 1/2 he for a 15 min job that I had an appt for. More
