I brought my car in for a simple oil change on Friday. Saturday night we went to use the vehicle and the battery was drained. We jumped it at home and the next day the battery was drained again. After taking it back to the dealer, the service department determined that my windshield wiper was left on in the back window and my bike rack was blocking it. This was draining my battery. We always keep the back wiper off (there is a setting that you can change for this). We have driven with this bike rack for 4 months and have had no issues due to this setting. The service center reset the setting during my oil change and caused the issue. They blamed me and charged me $140 for a diagnostic fee despite the fact that they directly caused this issue. Further, they also diagnosed $500+ of additional issues (air filter, coolant flush, etc.) that was not noted during the oil change. This dealer is either negligent in their oil change service or intentionally misleading customers. More

Poor service took a month before you even got my car in you actually lost my part and tried to blame it on me. Didn't even work on my car for the whole month waited till someone else had to get on your cas you actually lost my part and tried to blame it on me.
