I had very mixed feeling regarding my experience. I had an appointment yet my car wasn’t seen for serval hours after I dropped it off. The service coordinator did not listen to my multiple request to have an appointment yet my car wasn’t seen for serval hours after I dropped it off. The service coordinator did not listen to my multiple request to have a driver come pick me up from my home. Therefore, I had to take an Uber. He did however, take the cost of the Uber my bill. I will not be bringing my vehicle back for any other needed services. More
Went there for an oil change and transmission service. Was not told how long this would take. Ended up waiting 3 and a half hours at the dealer for my service to be completed. Was told that they had an influx of customers earlier that day which got then behind. Did the other customers have appointments scheduled, and if not, why did it take me, with an appointment that long for my service? It appeared to me that they were very understaffed that day. I know there is a worker shortage everywhere, but after having purchased two new vehicles from Benton Baker in Coopersville Mi I feel that they don’t care about bad services after my purchases. These kinds of things are what makes people look elsewhere for future car purchases. More
I came in for a scheduled oil change and wiper blades. I was advised I was due for cabin filter and air filter. So I went ahead with those too.
