The dealership must not overlook their vehicles before selling them. I've had my car for a month and have taken it in twice now had to pay in full for an issue that started two weeks after purchasing the selling them. I've had my car for a month and have taken it in twice now had to pay in full for an issue that started two weeks after purchasing the vehicle, and one issue the service area is saying they don't see a problem with but as a customer we have shown you multiple videos for the issue. As a whole the dealership and service area are not on the same page and don't know how to communicate and provide customer service to their new customers I will not be recommending this business to anyone if asked about. It's pretty bad when looking over the reviews and you have had multiple similar situations happen as like mine. More
Horrible service. Couldn’t find my appointment in the computer. Then took 3 hours for a oil change. They were also supposed to fix a tire sensor issue. When I left the tire sensor light was off but appro computer. Then took 3 hours for a oil change. They were also supposed to fix a tire sensor issue. When I left the tire sensor light was off but approximately 1/2 mile away it came back on. When I called to explain that, I was told they “woke the system up” but obviously didn’t do any further evaluation or testing. The issue was supposed to be fixed but it is not. They also told me they didn’t want to sell me parts if the system wasn’t broke. Obviously the light was just reset. I will never recommend this shop again and will not buy another vehicle from this dealer More
Terrible Service. Paid for a diagnostic and they didn’t provide details. The service rep shoved a piece of paper in my face. I asked for an itemized statement describing the issue with my car including cos provide details. The service rep shoved a piece of paper in my face. I asked for an itemized statement describing the issue with my car including cost of parts and labor. I was told they don’t do that. The service then takes the paper from me and scribbles down the code from the diagnostic machine and walked off. I’ve never been so appalled at the lack of care and service!! Would not recommend this service center, at all!! More
I went to go got my heat fixed and had the pleasure of having yomani Williams help me. He was very polite, kind, and respectful. He helpped me and made the whole experience easy. The place is very inviting. All the employees were super nice and professional. Matt Brown was awesome to work with, and found me a vehicle in no time.
