I find it difficult to see dealer rating gives Best Ford the 4 star rating. It’s like google reviews.. you can pay them to remove bad reviews. Since 2003 Ford f150, 2005 ford f150, 2012 ford flex and 2016 f the 4 star rating. It’s like google reviews.. you can pay them to remove bad reviews. Since 2003 Ford f150, 2005 ford f150, 2012 ford flex and 2016 ford flex, taking these vehicles in for warentee work, these guys seem to go out of their way to just plain xxxx off the customer. Either they can’t fix the problem or looking to charge for the work. The final straw was finding the service guy walking on the leather seats with dirty shoes after replacing the roof antenna and leaving the headliner partially put back up after telling the service guy to make sure they replace the anchor clips because after yanking them out the grips are stripped. I picked up the car and went back to the service dept and it was like talking to the 3 stooges. That was 2017 and haven’t been back. It will be interesting to see if this actually gets published and stays on here. It’s a drive but for warentee work I go to unique ford . Because most others go there also , they have to book you out a bunch of days. I’ll take the long wait then buying 100 asprins needed to deal with best ford. More

Best Ford reached out to me after I was looking on their website. I explained what I needed in order to buy a Bronco. One of the managers reached out (Terry), and they courage me to take the hour and 10 mi website. I explained what I needed in order to buy a Bronco. One of the managers reached out (Terry), and they courage me to take the hour and 10 minute drive because he felt he could help me get what I wanted. Not only did they find what I wanted and give me the price I wanted to pay, they drove to a dealership to do a swap while I was waiting there and I was able to drive home with my new vehicle the same day. I am impressed with this dealership and will recommend it to everyone I know. James my salesman was great and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Best Ford, they went above and beyond for me,respected my budget, were very professional, friendly and made my second buying experience with a dealership less stressful than most I'd been for me,respected my budget, were very professional, friendly and made my second buying experience with a dealership less stressful than most I'd been to,just to look. The fact that they let you come to them,instead of rushing to you made a huge difference. From the sales team,to finance and service, they were all very professional and listened to what I had to say and what I wanted in a vehicle. Excellent people to work with. I'm glad I went there. P.S. their sense of humor is an added bonus,plus the fact that they all stayed 2 hours past closing so I coukd drive out with my new vehicle. More

We had a great experience at Best Ford! Kris Venturini was our salesperson. We came in to start looking at used vehicles and ended up leaving that night with a brand new Bronco Sport. Kris Kris Venturini was our salesperson. We came in to start looking at used vehicles and ended up leaving that night with a brand new Bronco Sport. Kris was not a high pressure salesman. He was very patient with me as I have a hard time making up my mind sometimes. He listened to what I was looking for and let me test drive a used Bronco that I had seen online. He also showed me other used options and then let us know about a financing special on the 2023 models. I fell in love with one in the showroom and ended up purchasing a new 2023 vehicle with 0% financing, making it about the same cost in the long run as one two years older would have been at the current interest rates. Everyone we encountered that night and when I went back for an inspection was friendly and helpful. More
