First let me start by saying this was the second time we went to Best Ford, the first time was pretty horrific but figured we would give them a second try. THEY CALLED US to see about trading in our vehicle. We first worked over the phone with a very nice associate, got an initial draft on two Lariat's. We stated the payment was high and the negative equity was too much. We walked away, they hounded. My husband was driving by and stopped to simply look at the trucks, birds of prey descended on him and he was in the showroom talking about finances. They pressed so hard that he caved, signed a sales agreement and stated that he would still need to talk to his wife about the numbers before he could commit. He drove is current vehicle home and stated they would be in touch. Within 15min of his arrival at home, the dealership was in the driveway with 'his new truck' and stated congrats here are the keys. WE NEVER signed financial papers, OMG! The next morning, I sent an email to the three individuals that I had to ask for clarity on a few questions, the original deals were off the table and this truck was bare bones. They really screwed us. The sales manager kept pressing that we needed to come in to discuss. I simply said I did not feel comfortable until they answered my questions. I wanted everything in writing as I was concerned about my rights. After two days, received a call from the finance manager leaving a VM, returned the call within an hr and left a VM in return. No call. We returned the vehicle while they were closed with a written release. Before you want into this place, know your rights! Don't walk away with a vehicle without signing all the financial documentation and read the fine print. At the end of the day, they wanted us to buy a truck with a sticker price of $61K for $74K. Then with all the extras, the loan was for $91K!!! High Way Robbery! More
DO NOT BUY A USED CAR from this Dealership! I bought a used car for $8,000. I had it for 3 weeks and everything started to break on it. My mechanic said the car is NO good. The bottom was rusted and said it was sitting in water for a long time. I have to get rid of it (won't drive at all) and only used it for one month. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! More

I went to Best Ford to trade my car in and from the moment I stepped out of my car I was greeted by a pleasant gentleman named Colin. We closed the deal on a new car at a high price only to be happily moment I stepped out of my car I was greeted by a pleasant gentleman named Colin. We closed the deal on a new car at a high price only to be happily surprised 2 days later from a phone call from Best Ford informing me that they we able to lower the monthly payments to about 150.00 less. The whole Best Ford Team made my experience very pleasant I rate this company 5 stars and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a car!! Annabelle More
Made an appointment on 12/2/23 to view a used Ford F150 Platinum. Drove an hour and a half only to find the vehicle was sold. Most incompetent dealership I have ever stepped foot in. The sales area is like a high school cafeteria full of obnoxious background noise and zero privacy. If a dealership can’t keep track of the basic inventory imagine what else they can do wrong.
