Dealer attempted a bait and switch during the purchase of a used car. Dealer did not contact Ford (which is required by Ford) when a defect on the car was reported (the car is under full Ford Warranty). I a used car. The only semi positive experience I had with this Dealer was that I liked the personality of the Sales Person. I would never do business with the this Dealer again. More
Went in for service on my 05 E350 deisel. High pressure oil leak. They diagnosed the prob. and held fast to their price quote. When it was deeper than they thought they still held to the quote. Had a couple of things after the initial service(minor oil leaks), considering they had the engine, tranny out, and most of the engine torn apart it was to be expectided. They continued to cover their repair with no charge and a rental for the time they had it. Very proffecional people there, and quick and courteous follow up. Thanks Rob More

I purchased a vehicle at Best Ford for my daughter. Best Ford matched the pricing of another dealership matching price eventhough I was eligible for Ford D Plan pricing at the other dealership. The vehicle was very positive experience the dealership personnel were very helpful and very accomodating. The car was a surprise for my daughter and the sales personnel assisted in making it a surprise even putting a bow on the car and presenting her with flowers. I believe that the sales personnel had as much fun as my wife and I in surprising her. More

Lisa Reposa sold me in buying a ford after owning all imports for the last 25 years. No pressure, friendly people who went out of their way for me to include; sorry I forgot his name but he was the finance guy; who called one of the employees at there home that evening and arranged for me to have a ride in the morning to pick up my new car. Thank you all including the guy who picked me up at my home. Now that's customer service and I should know; I am a customer service rep so can easily recognise good service. Do your homework and then go to Best Ford and get the best deal on a good car! More
