This was by far the easiest; least painful auto buying experience I have ever had. Lisa Rapoza stayed on after her shift ended to help me get the car I wanted. No pressure, friendly people who went out of their way for me to include; sorry I forgot his name but he was the finance guy; who called one of the employees at there home that evening and arranged for me to have a ride in the morning to pick up my new car. Thank you all including the guy who picked me up at my home. Now that's customer service and I should know; I am a customer service rep so can easily recognise good service. Do your homework and then go to Best Ford and get the best deal on a good car! More

I've been looking for the right vehicle for at least 6 months now. I've been to other dealerships but the salesmen seemed to not care so much about what I wanted, instead they wanted to make a sale. I submitted my info and I promptly received a call back from Marquis Anderson within an hour or so that morning. That same day we set up an appointment. I was very iffy about which model and color, this is my first brand new car! I found Mr. Anderson to be very helpful! He asked all of the right questions as far as what I'd be using the vehicle for, what our family size is, etc. Things that I never even considered during my shopping process. During my meeting with Marquis, he narrowed it down to exactly what works for my travels, family, and style. I absolutely love my new vehicle! I ended up choosing the Focus! It's a great size to handle, and great for commuting. I feel that he really listened to what I had to say and basically did all of the work for me. These past 6 plus months have been very stressful and now that is all over. Thank you for great service! I never thought I'd get a Ford but it is the perfect fit! Also, I have recommended my friend to give him a call, since he is looking for a vehicle. I didn't feel rushed, nor pressured. He was just as excited as I was with very positive energy. I came in Saturday looking for a new Fusion, and had built the model I wanted on ford.com. When I arrived, the car was out front and ready for a test drive...but Marquis didn't bring me right to the car built the model I wanted on ford.com. When I arrived, the car was out front and ready for a test drive...but Marquis didn't bring me right to the car to start "feature dumping". He brought me to his desk and asked some great questions, which may sound obvious but I had never been asked at another dealership. "Why are you looking for a car?" "Why a Fusion?" "Why are these particular options important to you?" After we had about a 30 minute conversation about ME (not them), Marquis brought me to the car and went over the car's features based on what we had discussed previously...Brilliant! After the test drive, we went over financing options, and it was a bit more than I wanted to pay per month. I felt no pressure from Marquis to get me into that particular model. Instead, based on what he knew what was important to me, suggested another model, which while wasn't loaded, had most of the options I wanted (minus leather), and told me they could install it for me in a few days and he would call me Monday AM to schedule the appointment. The payment was where I wanted to be...and sure enough I got a call from Marquis this morning to schedule the leather install. Without a doubt, this was the best, easiest, and most actually enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had...and I'm thrilled with my new car. I highly recommend Marquis and Best Ford! More

Shopping for a new car is tough, and im always worried about the added presure from dealership and there sales people. NOT HERE! I did not realize right away that she was ver new to the sales floor, so although she had the answears to almost all my questions, if she didnt have a answear she didnt hesitate to let me know, and she asked someone else. CHris who was her manager, was also very helpful. He gave me a sheet that broke down All the priceing and he explained it all to me. He even showed me how much the make off the sale. He also got me the exact number and percent for sales tax in mass. I test drove a ford fiesta 2013. I love the car. Interior is a beautiful sporty tanand black. It has incredible gas mmileage, and looks are deciveing because it looks small but its huge inside! Especally thw trunk! The best part? The price for just under 15, 000 your walkig away with a brand new car! I highly recommend the fiesta, and best ford of nashua! More
