After convincing me that my truck can be bought brand new for $33k due to new rebates for spring , and they would give me as much as they could because they "appreciate my military service". Heat of the moment made me give in let it go for way less than it was worth. A few days later it was posted on their website for over $34,000. I was also told that everything was approved and to come back and get sign paper work, then asked if rated were the same and was assured they were. Showed up to see a $60 a month increase, and should have walked out then. While they did make things right back to the payment I was told before, it was still a huge rip off. Take your money to an honest dealership. More
Unenjoyable experience I have purchased multiple vehicles from Best Ford within the last year and the most recent was a disaster. I traded in my 2014 ford focus ST (with 11k I have purchased multiple vehicles from Best Ford within the last year and the most recent was a disaster. I traded in my 2014 ford focus ST (with 11k) for a 2011 Mustang GT (44k) under UCC (used certified car) which I learned it had not been looked over as carefully as it should have when the vehicle was brought onto the lot. The vehicle was sold to me "inspected" and i was assured there were no issues with the car. This was not true not even a week in the car and the rear end went which they agreed to fix. The vehicle has an illegal exhaust which does not pass inspection and is now causing problems with the engine. They refused to do anything to the exhaust or the other few issues it has. The car was in their hands for over two weeks and in that time collected overspray from ongoing body work on other vehicles. When i picked the car up when they were finished repairing the rear end my temp plates had run up i was also threatened that if i did not get the car off the property that day i would be charged storage fees. I have been there multiple times since and have spoken with multiple managers every one of them told me I was on my own for repairs ($4200 for a new exhaust $400 for tires). I am completely unsatisfied with the service and the way i was treated. I will never purchase a vehicle from them again More

They always get me right in, service my vehicle in a timely manner, and go over everything with me. This is the 1st car I have ever purchased here, and I am extremely happy and satisfied. More

Worst car leasing experience I have ever had. Be careful with this dealership, they will do what ever it takes to get a sale. I leased what I thought was a brand new 2013 ford explorer from them. A year later I went to another dealership to look into buying a new vehicle and trade in my ford explorer. They informed me at that time that my "brand new" vehicle was in an accident before I bought it. apparently the ford dealership did not think this was important and did not inform me of this. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle that is worth less than it should be because it was in an accident before I leased it. When I called the dealership to try and get a different vehicle they basically told me there was nothing i could do and that I would have to pay thousands to get out of the lease. I tried for weeks to work out a deal to get out of this vehicle with no luck as my phone calls were just avoided. I will never deal with them again, or any other ford dealer for that matter. More

Worst Customer Service I ever had. I bought a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe from Amherst St, Nashua on Saturday. My salesperson was flown in from Florida for the weekend along with 3 or 4 other I bought a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe from Amherst St, Nashua on Saturday. My salesperson was flown in from Florida for the weekend along with 3 or 4 other employees. I mentioned many times that I did not need the vehicle that day and could come back anytime during the week.The vehicle was a trade-in earlier that week and was not even cleaned yet. After being told for 31/2 hours that the car was almost ready and completed all the finance paperwork I was then giving the keys and told to "call the manager Tony on Monday morning to schedule a time for the vehicle to come back in for the service to be completed". I never heard from Tony after leaving him 2 voicemails and calling 6 times on Monday. My last call of the day I believe I spoke to Adam who got a hold of Chris (another manager). He assured me that Chris was scheduling the vehicle for maintenance for Tuesday morning. Arriving Tuesday morning service new nothing. Dennis the service manager assured me to leave the vehicle and him or Chris would be calling me during the day. Tuesday came and went, No call all day from anyone. I started the entire process all over again on Wednesday. With having no progress on the 3 tiny detailing items that needed to be completed and it's now Friday I got the General Manager Michael Frassica involved. I was told by him that everything my Florida salesperson told me was not going to be done and to come pick up my vehicle. Michael defends the HORRIFIC customer service ordeal to the fullest. Please DO NOT SHOP HERE. More

Overall a really good experience. I worked with Best Ford Lincoln on a lightly used Subaru WRX and they were very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with in negotiations. They were fair and open about the numbers they used for pricing and trading, and they had far and away the best price on a used WRX in the state (and apparently within 500 miles!). Overall a great car, and a really good process. More
