Worst car leasing experience I have ever had. Be careful with this dealership, they will do what ever it takes to get a sale. I leased what I thought was a brand new 2013 ford explorer from them. Be careful with this dealership, they will do what ever it takes to get a sale. I leased what I thought was a brand new 2013 ford explorer from them. A year later I went to another dealership to look into buying a new vehicle and trade in my ford explorer. They informed me at that time that my "brand new" vehicle was in an accident before I bought it. apparently the ford dealership did not think this was important and did not inform me of this. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle that is worth less than it should be because it was in an accident before I leased it. When I called the dealership to try and get a different vehicle they basically told me there was nothing i could do and that I would have to pay thousands to get out of the lease. I tried for weeks to work out a deal to get out of this vehicle with no luck as my phone calls were just avoided. I will never deal with them again, or any other ford dealer for that matter. More

Worst Customer Service I ever had. I bought a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe from Amherst St, Nashua on Saturday. My salesperson was flown in from Florida for the weekend along with 3 or 4 other I bought a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe from Amherst St, Nashua on Saturday. My salesperson was flown in from Florida for the weekend along with 3 or 4 other employees. I mentioned many times that I did not need the vehicle that day and could come back anytime during the week.The vehicle was a trade-in earlier that week and was not even cleaned yet. After being told for 31/2 hours that the car was almost ready and completed all the finance paperwork I was then giving the keys and told to "call the manager Tony on Monday morning to schedule a time for the vehicle to come back in for the service to be completed". I never heard from Tony after leaving him 2 voicemails and calling 6 times on Monday. My last call of the day I believe I spoke to Adam who got a hold of Chris (another manager). He assured me that Chris was scheduling the vehicle for maintenance for Tuesday morning. Arriving Tuesday morning service new nothing. Dennis the service manager assured me to leave the vehicle and him or Chris would be calling me during the day. Tuesday came and went, No call all day from anyone. I started the entire process all over again on Wednesday. With having no progress on the 3 tiny detailing items that needed to be completed and it's now Friday I got the General Manager Michael Frassica involved. I was told by him that everything my Florida salesperson told me was not going to be done and to come pick up my vehicle. Michael defends the HORRIFIC customer service ordeal to the fullest. Please DO NOT SHOP HERE. More

Overall a really good experience. I worked with Best Ford Lincoln on a lightly used Subaru WRX and they were very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with in negotiations. They were fair and open about the numbers they used for pricing and trading, and they had far and away the best price on a used WRX in the state (and apparently within 500 miles!). My experience with Best Ford in Nashua NH has been perfect. The two gentleman that I have dealt with are Tony Stan and Bill Haas. My purchase is an Explorer. If anyone is in the market for a Ford Vehicle, I highly recommend calling Tony or Bill first. I went to three dealers: Autofair Ford in Manchester, Ford of Londonderry, and Best in Nashua. I chose Best Ford because my experience with them was the MOST professional and they gave me a very personal experience. Tony walked up to me after we first spoke on the phone, introduced himself, asked us to wait while he closed two other deals for two younger salesman (I think he is the sales manager) and was back to us in fifteen minutes. He introduced us to Bill (lease manager I think), perfectly recalled our telephone conversation addressing all of my concerns, my wife's and had Bill showing us cars with the specific features and options we wanted to consider. They were the ONLY dealer that gave us follow up calls over the next week, they answered ALL of our questions and gave us some much needed advice, paying attention to every detail that was important to us. They were patient with us and made us feel important. THEY PROVIDED US WITH ABSOLUTE TRANSPARENCY AND DID NOT TRY TO PRESSURE US OR SELL US ON FEATURES OR MODELS THAT WERE NOT IMPORTANT TO ME OR MY WIFE. They did give us advice. They made us aware of things other customers have liked without pushing us. Basically they gave us really helpful information so we could come to a decision on our own. THEY HELPED US. I give this business my highest praise. I think they are EXTREMELY professional and I will return to buy from them again. SJT More
