Worst Experience Best Ford is a deceitful dealership. The salesmen are rude as well as the managers. certified used car what a joke bought a 2013 explorer from them with brake issues paperwork on this suv was all over the place one said they put pads on it the other service report bought a 2013 explorer from them with brake issues paperwork on this suv was all over the place one said they put pads on it the other service report said they turned the rotors after many phone calls and many attitudes as to what they will fix and wont fix they finally resolved the brake issue and fixed the alignment problem oh did i mention they gave us one key and pulled this xxxxxxxx excuse they couldnt find the other one and tried to charge me for the other (i dont think so) not to mention the paint has a ford factory on ti which they wouldnt fix a 3 year old car and they wouldnt fix it so after 2 customer complaints against them through ford motor company still nothing these guys will screw you over and sell you less than what they promise sales and service dont communicate and they will not stand behind there work STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU CAN they will take your money and run with poor sales and service LIARS THEY ARE More
Buyer Beware when you buy a preowned vehicle there or any! I purchased a 2012 Ford Super Duty from these folk 27 days ago and the check engine light came on. They told me it needed a fuel pump and sensor and wanted to charge me $800.00 for it and again I haven't had this truck for even a month. They said this isn't covered under warranty and they were not nice about it. I HAVENT HAD THIS A MONTH!!! Folks there are many good upstanding Ford dealerships out there and based on my experience with them you should really consider going somewhere else. Amazing I was on the hunt for a 4W drive Jeep. I found “the one” at Best Ford Lincoln in New Hampshire. The dealership was nice and clean and the people there I was on the hunt for a 4W drive Jeep. I found “the one” at Best Ford Lincoln in New Hampshire. The dealership was nice and clean and the people there went above and beyond to help me. The process was easy and I even had them get me a lower rate at my own bank!!! They didn’t make me feel as if I was buying a car or that they were “pushy sales people” I would highly recommend buying a car from them! More
Customer Satisfaction? HAHAHA I brought my 2015 F-250 Platinum Edition in for its first service, an oil change, tire rotation, and a balance of the wheels to Best Ford in Nashua, N I brought my 2015 F-250 Platinum Edition in for its first service, an oil change, tire rotation, and a balance of the wheels to Best Ford in Nashua, NH. The truck only has 4600 miles on it. I gave them strict instructions not to use the weights on the outside of the rims but to use adhesive weights as that is what came from the factory and what is specified from the factory for platinum rims. I was told my truck was ready and when I went out what did I find? Yes the tech pounded weights on the rims. I complained and they took it back in and removed them, tried to clean the rims and the rims are now damaged with scratches where they mounted it to the balancer, where the weights were removed, and clearcoat damage where the weights were clamped around the outside of the rim. I told the service manager I wanted the rims replaced as they are brand new. What I have received back from the dealership that they will either re-manufacture my brand new rims or swap them out when a new platinum comes on the lot. They refuse to order new rims that they admitted to damaging by saying "oops it was a mistake". Buyer beware here as they want to remove brand new rims from a new truck there and put my damaged ones on then sell it to another buyer. What type of dealership is this, especially when their claim is that satisfaction is their number one priority. Guess it is their satisfaction that is the priority not their customers. Oh and no one there knows how to get in touch with the owner. Go Figure! More

After convincing me that my truck can be bought brand new for $33k due to new rebates for spring , and they would give me as much as they could because they "appreciate my military service". Heat of the moment made me give in let it go for way less than it was worth. A few days later it was posted on their website for over $34,000. I was also told that everything was approved and to come back and get sign paper work, then asked if rated were the same and was assured they were. Showed up to see a $60 a month increase, and should have walked out then. While they did make things right back to the payment I was told before, it was still a huge rip off. Take your money to an honest dealership. More
Unenjoyable experience I have purchased multiple vehicles from Best Ford within the last year and the most recent was a disaster. I traded in my 2014 ford focus ST (with 11k I have purchased multiple vehicles from Best Ford within the last year and the most recent was a disaster. I traded in my 2014 ford focus ST (with 11k) for a 2011 Mustang GT (44k) under UCC (used certified car) which I learned it had not been looked over as carefully as it should have when the vehicle was brought onto the lot. The vehicle was sold to me "inspected" and i was assured there were no issues with the car. This was not true not even a week in the car and the rear end went which they agreed to fix. The vehicle has an illegal exhaust which does not pass inspection and is now causing problems with the engine. They refused to do anything to the exhaust or the other few issues it has. The car was in their hands for over two weeks and in that time collected overspray from ongoing body work on other vehicles. When i picked the car up when they were finished repairing the rear end my temp plates had run up i was also threatened that if i did not get the car off the property that day i would be charged storage fees. I have been there multiple times since and have spoken with multiple managers every one of them told me I was on my own for repairs ($4200 for a new exhaust $400 for tires). I am completely unsatisfied with the service and the way i was treated. I will never purchase a vehicle from them again More

Was honest and got me a great deal. Going back for service/maintenance, Gerry is always so helpful, as is service manager Chris. They always get me right in, service my vehicle in a timely manner, and go over everything with me. This is the 1st car I have ever purchased here, and I am extremely happy and satisfied. More
