We were told the vehicle we purchased came with two keys and an owners manual and after signing papers was told "sorry we only have one key and we can't find the manual" We called several times to speak wi and an owners manual and after signing papers was told "sorry we only have one key and we can't find the manual" We called several times to speak with sales person and manager and none of our calls were returned. We finally had to go in to dealership to get key and we had to pay $67 for it. I have purchased vehicles from other dealerships in area and have never received such poor customer service. More

After waiting a week, 4 different people, 4 different times didn't return our calls. We decided not to purchase the vehicle we had put a $500,00 deposit on. The general manager -Mike told us " Read all the paperwork before signing the sales agreement because it was a one-way deal in their favor". He was as rude as they come. They would not return our $500.00 deposit. buyer beware!!!! More
